- 2 ½ lb. of small red potatoes, cut into ½" to ¾" pieces
- ¼ c. of olive oil
- 1 to 2 tsp. of granulated garlic
- 1 to 2 tsp. of kosher salt
- ½ to 1 tsp. of cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp. of rosemary, fresh
Oven roasted potatoes are a family favorite. They go so well with so many dishes. We have used fresh rosemary in this recipe but if you do not have fresh herbs available you can substitute dried Italian seasoning which works well also.
Turn the TurboChef oven on by turning oven to ‘Bake’ on the cook wheel, select ‘COOKBOOK’ then under cookbook, select ‘Oven Roasted Rosemary Potatoes’. Press ‘START’ to begin the preheat cycle.
To prepare the ‘Oven Roasted Rosemary Potatoes’, cut the potatoes into 1/2 to 3/4" pieces.
Place the potatoes onto a sheet pan and drizzle olive oil over the potatoes. Sprinkle the garlic, salt, pepper and fresh rosemary over the potatoes. Place pan in the oven and press ‘START’ again and bake under ‘Oven Roasted Rosemary Potatoes’ for 6 minutes. Potatoes should be browned on top and soft in the center.
