TurboChef to Debut the High h Conveyor 2620
Dallas, TX - January 4, 2013 -- TurboChef Technologies, Inc., a Middleby company (NASDAQ: MIDD), will debut its new High h Conveyor 2620 oven at the 2013 NAFEM show in Orlando February 7-9. The HhC 2620 is TurboChef's newest countertop conveyor oven, boasting a 26-inch wide conveyor belt with a 20-inch long cooking cavity. The HhC 2620 cooks up to 50% faster than traditional conveyor ovens and can cook 100 12-inch pizzas in one hour through a single cavity. The oven can be double or even triple-stacked for high-volume applications and has eight programmable cooking profiles. The oven is available in single belt and split belt (50/50 and 70/30) configurations.
The HhC 2620 can also be configured for UL®-approved operation without a ventilation hood. To date, TurboChef is the only company in the world to achieve UL® ventless certification for a conveyor oven.
