ingredients
  • 1 pint clean  raspberries
  • 1 pint clean blueberries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup Quaker oats
  • 1/2 cup flour plus 1 tsp.
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch salt
  • juice from one lemon
  • 2 1/2 oz. butter(room temperature)
directions
  • place butter into clean bowl
  • sprinkle with 1tbsp. each flour, white sugar and lemon juice
  • toss t coat
  • butter 4 – 6 oz. ramekins
  • evenly divide berries among ramekins
  • in clean mixing bowl place brown sugar,white sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and butter
  • rubbed mixture to form crumb topping
  • top berries with 1/4 cup of crumb topping
