ingredients
- 1 pint clean raspberries
- 1 pint clean blueberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup Quaker oats
- 1/2 cup flour plus 1 tsp.
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch salt
- juice from one lemon
- 2 1/2 oz. butter(room temperature)
directions
- place butter into clean bowl
- sprinkle with 1tbsp. each flour, white sugar and lemon juice
- toss t coat
- butter 4 – 6 oz. ramekins
- evenly divide berries among ramekins
- in clean mixing bowl place brown sugar,white sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and butter
- rubbed mixture to form crumb topping
- top berries with 1/4 cup of crumb topping
