2 oz, diced ham, precook bacon, or turkey sausage

1 oz. diced fresh tomatoes to garnish after heating
directions
Build:
Place all ingredients in a ovenable take out disposable container. Staring from the bottom of bowl
place potatoes, scramble eggs, onions, meat of choice and sprinkle the cheddar cheese.
