ingredients
- 3 lb. meat beef or chicken
- 1- 7 oz. can chipotle peppers in adobo
- 1- 12oz. bottle beer
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 each whole onion sliced
- 2 each red bell peppers sliced
- 1 package flour tortillas
directions
- in a blender puree chipotle peppers, oil, and beer
- pour the sauce in a big bowl, then add the meat
- add the one cup of sliced onion
- let it sit for 30 minutes
- after 30 minutes pass sliced the meat in 1/2″ strips
- mix the sliced onion and peppers and drizzle with oil
- put the sliced onion, peppers, and meat on a sheet pan and cook
