ingredients
Filling
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 – .87 oz. pk. gravy mix ( follow the directions on the back)
- 1/2 lb. baby bella sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup onions diced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 12 oz frozen peas and carrots
- salt and pepper to taste
Mash potatoes
- 2 each russet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup warm milk as need it
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper as need it
directions
Filling
- heat olive oil in saute pan
- add ground beef, onions, and salt and pepper
- saute until all pink is cooked out of beef and drain
- mix with gravy, peas and carrots
- evenly portion into 6 buttered ramekins
- top with mash potatoes
Mash potatoes
- boil potatoes until done
- drain water and add milk and butter
- mash potatoes
- top beef filling for cottage pie
