  • 2 egg withs
  • vanilla essence
  • 1 Tbsp. withe sugar
directions
  • for meringue beat together egg whites, vanilla, and sugar until until still picks form
  • cut disks from cake slices using 2 1/4 cookie cutter
  • with # 20 scoop, scoop ice cream and place on disks.
  • cover ice cream with meringue
  • place on sheet pan lined with parchment
