- 2 egg withs
- vanilla essence
- 1 Tbsp. withe sugar
directions
- for meringue beat together egg whites, vanilla, and sugar until until still picks form
- cut disks from cake slices using 2 1/4 cookie cutter
- with # 20 scoop, scoop ice cream and place on disks.
- cover ice cream with meringue
- place on sheet pan lined with parchment
