- 1 – Pork Tenderloin
- 1/2 cup Italian brad crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter melted
- salt & pepper
directions
- mix bread crumbs and cheese in small bowl
- slice pork tenderloin into 8 equal medallions
- brush medallions with melted butter
- sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
- coat medallions with bread crumbs
- place on baking sheet that has been sprayed with pan release
