ingredients
  • 1 – Pork Tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup Italian brad crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter melted
  • salt & pepper
directions
  • mix bread crumbs and cheese in small bowl
  • slice pork tenderloin into 8 equal medallions
  • brush medallions with melted butter
  • sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
  • coat medallions with bread crumbs
  • place on baking sheet that has been sprayed with pan release
