ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups yellow corn meal
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 7 oz. pulled pork
- 14 oz. cheddar cheese
- 3 1/2 oz. fresh jalapeno, minced
directions
- combine all dry ingredients and mix well
- mix all liquids together and add at once to dry ingredients
- fold in cheese and jalapeno
- fold in pulled pork
- spry a 4oz ramekin with food release
- with a # 8 scoop, scoop mixture into ramekin
- place ramekin on solid cooking basket and cook
