1 Butternut squash cleaned and dice

1/2 lb mushroom cups clean and cut in 4 pieces.

1 med onion clean an cut in 1″ chunks

1/2  lb. of Thick bacon cut in large pieces.

few spring of fresh thyme.

salt and pepper to taste.

Combine all the ingredients. Coat with oil salt and pepper.
