ingredients
  • 1 each ciabatta bread roll
  • 3 oz sliced turkey
  • 2 strips precooked bacon
  • 3 each slices of fresh avocado
  • 1-1 oz sliced muenster cheese
  • 2 tsp mayo

 

directions

Place ciabatta roll on parchment (cut side up)

Spread mayo evenly over both sides of bread

Place avocado slices over mayo on top side of bread

Place cheese over avocado (cover avocado completely with cheese, this will keep the  avocado from  turning  brown while sandwich is toasting)

Cut bacon strips into 4 pieces, place bacon over cheese

Place turkey slices onto mayo on bottom side of bread

Place sandwich in oven to toast
