- baby bok choy (cut into quarters)

directions
Fish
- season salmon
- coat salmon with sesame seeds
- drizzle oil into small Teflon pan
- place the seasoned and coated fish in the oiled pan
- place in the oven with vegetables
Vegetables
- drizzle oil into small ,cold Teflon pan
- add the quartered bok choy and toss to coat
- place the pan in the oven with the fish pan
cook in the appropriate oven
