- 18 slices parma ham ( 3 per breast)
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
- 2 Tbsp. thin sliced sun dry tomatoes packed in olive oil
- 1-1/2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
directions
- in small bowl mix goat cheese, tomatoes, and rosemary
- with a knife make slit down the side of chicken breast to make a pocket
- stuffed approximately 1 tbsp. of goat cheese into pocket
- sprinkle breast with salt and pepper
- wrap with parma ham
