Return Policy

All sales are final. At its sole discretion, TurboChef may consider return requests for purchases made within 60 days of the original invoice date.

Order Cancellation: A 10% cancellation fee applies to all orders canceled after manufacturing has been completed.

Return Request Process: Requests must be submitted in writing to orders@turbochef.com and must include the serial number, invoice number, and reason for return.

RMA Requirement: If approved, TurboChef will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned units must be received within 30 days of RMA issuance or the transaction will be voided, and no credit will be issued.

Condition of Goods: Products must be in new or unused condition, in original packaging or professionally packed, and accompanied by the RMA paperwork. Items not meeting these requirements may not be eligible for credit.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all TurboChef product returns.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for coordinating and paying all return freight charges to TurboChef.

Freight Damage: Any freight damage caused by TurboChef’s carrier must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Claims cannot be processed after this period.
