Our Double Batch and Single Batch ovens are available. Both utilize high-speed impingement technology, with the Double Batch featuring two cavities and the Single Batch featuring one.

Double Batch Dual Cavity Impingement Oven

The Double Batch oven features two independently controlled cavities that circulate impinged air at speeds of up to 50 mph, creating high heat transfer rates and reduced cook times. Each cavity operates independently, allowing flexibility in menu preparation and throughput. The oven utilizes variable-speed blowers, oscillating racks, and a catalytic converter to deliver high food quality, minimal energy input, and ventless operation.

Single Batch Impingement Oven

The Single Batch oven circulates impinged air at speeds of up to 50 mph to create high heat transfer rates and reduce cook time. The oven utilizes a variable speed blower, oscillating rack, and catalytic converter, resulting in minimal energy input, high food quality, and ventless operation.
