PLEXOR M2 Multicook Oven

The PLEXOR M2 is a manually operated multicook oven that offers two technology options: impingement and rapid cook. The modules can be configured in any combination and field-retrofitted if the end user’s menu or operational needs change. The PLEXOR’s modular design allows both technologies to operate through a single user interface and single plug. It features TurboChef’s patented ventless technology and is available in a front-load configuration.
