What is the tracking information for my order?

To better serve you, TurboChef offers an online order lookup tool for all TurboChef and CookTek orders. Please visit https://betaturbochef.com/order-lookup/ and enter your order number or PO number. If your order has shipped, the carrier and tracking information will be displayed. If the ship date appears as 1990, this means the order is still being processed. The site is updated as each order is loaded onto a carrier.

What is the difference between 1-phase and 3-phase power?

Most TurboChef ovens are available in both 1-phase and 3-phase configurations, depending on the model. The right option depends on the electrical service available in your space. If 3-phase power is available, it can support higher output and continuous cooking, while 1-phase power works well in many smaller or non-traditional kitchen environments.

What is the difference between a single mag and a double mag oven?

A single mag oven uses one magnetron, while a double mag oven uses two for increased power and faster cook times. Double mag ovens are better suited for higher-volume operations or thicker food items, while single mag ovens are ideal for lighter-duty menus and lower throughput needs.

How much does freight cost?

For freight shipments, shipping charges are calculated as a percentage of the total invoice and vary by service level: 5% for ground, 7% for 2-day, and 9% for next-day delivery. These charges cover the specialized packaging and handling required for palletized shipments.

Parcel shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location of the package. In some cases, a flat-rate shipping quote can be provided once delivery details are confirmed.

What is the difference between freight and parcel shipping?

Freight shipping is used for larger or heavier items that must be palletized and shipped by a freight carrier.

What happens if my oven is damaged in transit?

Any freight damage caused by TurboChef’s carrier must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Claims cannot be processed after this period.

What are TurboChef’s return policies?

Requests must be submitted in writing to orders@turbochef.com and must include the serial number, invoice number, and reason for return. Customers are responsible for coordinating and paying all return freight charges to TurboChef. Products must be in new or unused condition, in original packaging or professionally packed, and accompanied by the RMA paperwork. Items not meeting these requirements may not be eligible for credit.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. A 10% cancellation fee applies to all orders canceled after manufacturing has been completed.

Is there a restocking fee?

A 20% restocking fee applies to all TurboChef product returns.
