TurboChef and CookTek Welcome Juan David Higuera as Business Development Manager and Corporate Chef for LATAM, Mexico & the Caribbean
CARROLLTON, TX – June 2, 2026 – TurboChef Technologies, LLC and CookTek are pleased to welcome Juan David Higuera as Business Development Manager and Corporate Chef, supporting growth initiatives across LATAM, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
Based in Bogotá, Colombia, Higuera will be responsible for driving strategic growth within chain accounts, the general market, and distributor channels throughout the region. Working closely with in-country distributors and Middleby’s worldwide offices, he will focus on expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities for TurboChef and CookTek solutions.
Higuera brings extensive culinary and foodservice industry experience to the role, combining operational expertise with a strong understanding of innovative cooking technologies and customer-focused solutions. His unique blend of culinary leadership and business development experience positions him to support partners and customers throughout the region while advancing the brands’ growth objectives.
