TurboChef Technologies Partners with American Culinary Federation to Power Culinary Excellence Through 2029
Dallas, TX – July 17, 2025 — TurboChef Technologies, Inc., a global leader in high-speed and ventless cooking innovation, is proud to announce a multi-year sponsorship agreement with the American Culinary Federation (ACF), the premier professional organization for chefs and culinary professionals in the United States. This strategic partnership will run from 2025 through 2029 and underscores both organizations’ shared commitment to innovation, performance, and culinary education.
As part of the agreement, TurboChef will provide a suite of high-performance equipment for use at ACF’s national competitions and conventions, including:
- (4) TurboChef high-speed ovens
- (2) TurboChef Fire Pizza Ovens
This equipment will debut at the 2025 ACF National Convention, hosted at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV, July 27 – 31, 2025, and will be featured in key culinary competition areas branded as the “TurboChef Performance Kitchen.” These kitchens will serve as the site of the all-new ACF Food Sport Competitions, featuring fast-paced market basket showdowns that showcase speed, skill, and culinary creativity.
“This partnership reflects our deep commitment to the culinary community,” said Leslie Banados, SVP of Global Sales and Marketing at TurboChef Technologies. “ACF events represent the highest standards in culinary excellence, and we’re honored to support chefs at all levels with the performance and flexibility our equipment delivers.”
This contribution reinforces not only TurboChef’s investment in elevating competition kitchens and showcasing how modern ventless cooking solutions can enhance precision, consistency, and speed for culinary professionals, but also for Middleby Corporation as a leader in equipment innovation.
“At Middleby Innovation Kitchens, we are driven by the pursuit of culinary excellence and innovation. Partnering with the ACF and TurboChef in this exciting new initiative is a natural fit,” continued Russell Scott, CMC and Vice President of Culinary, Middleby Innovation Kitchens. “We aim for our brand equipment to bring speed, versatility, and cutting-edge technology to the competitive stage—empowering chefs to push creative boundaries while delivering world-class results. We’re thrilled to help shape the future of culinary competitions and education through this meaningful collaboration.”
“We are thrilled to welcome TurboChef as an official equipment partner,” said Christopher Tanner, CEC, CCE, AAC, and Executive Director, American Culinary Federation. “Their cutting-edge technology supports our mission of empowering chefs through innovation and access to high-performance tools—both on the competition stage and beyond.”
