TurboChef Technologies Partners with American Egg Board and CuliNEX to Demonstrate the Power and Versatility of Eggs Through Fast Cooking Innovation
Dallas, TX – August 4, 2025 — TurboChef Technologies, Inc., the global leader in high-speed and ventless cooking solutions, is proud to announce an exciting collaboration with the American Egg Board (AEB) and culinary innovation firm CuliNEX to develop and professionally photograph a new portfolio of egg-forward recipes tailored for TurboChef ovens.
This multi-day culinary initiative brings together top talent, cutting-edge equipment, and America’s most beloved ingredient—the egg—to demonstrate just how versatile and high-performing TurboChef ovens can be across breakfast, dessert, and savory applications.
A Collaborative Recipe Development Experience
Over the course of five days, chefs from both TurboChef and CuliNEX, alongside representatives from the American Egg Board, will work together to test, refine, and document 15 recipes. The effort is divided into two stages:
- Stage 1: Recipe Development & Testing at TurboChef HQ (3 Days)
Two professional chefs will be onsite at TurboChef Technologies for three days to finalize:- 3–5 foundational egg styles, such as over-easy, poached, and soft-boiled
- 10–12 composed egg dishes, including frittata, cheesecake, custard, and more
- Each recipe will be tested with precise oven settings and performance parameters across TurboChef’s high-speed platforms
- Stage 2: Culinary Photography at CuliNEX Studio (2 Days)
A CuliNEX chef will recreate the finalized dishes alongside a professional food photographer to produce high-quality imagery of all 15 dishes, highlighting preparation, plating, and final presentation.
Concepts That Educate and Inspire
At the end of this collaboration, the partnership will deliver a comprehensive package of 15 professionally developed egg-based recipes, each accompanied by:
- TurboChef oven settings for consistent, repeatable results
- High-resolution photographs ideal for training, marketing, and culinary education
- Clear product descriptions that highlight flavor, texture, and preparation intent
